If you are in any way unsatisfied with your order we are happy to refund within 14 days of the date of purchase. Additionaly, we are glad to inform that we offer free exchange to deliveries within EU, UK and US. Please be aware that exchanges will be charged on every item purchased on sale or with discount. To make life as easy as possible, you just need to check the relevant section on this page and follow the instructions. However, please be aware that we can only accept your goods if they are returned in accordance with this policy. In case of faulty items or in the event we inadvertently sent the wrong item, Qvinto will be glad to cover shipment costs (it will be necessary to show the flaw by means of a photo). To be eligible for a refund or exchange we require that all items must be in its original condition – new, unwashed, unworn and unaltered with all original tags attached. If you are eligible, we can only process a refund with proof of purchase onto the original card used to pay for the goods. If you paid using a gift card, we will refund the amount onto a gift card.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. In the case of an exchange or refund, please contact our customer service team prior to return your goods at info@qvintobeachwear.com Our After-Sales Manager will contact and provide you with all the information you will need in order to send the items back to our wearhouse. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, Qvinto reserves the right to deny an exchange if the item/s do not meet the above requirements. Please remind that until we receive the item, it’s your responsability. Once your package has been received, your exchange will be shipped within 3 business days. In case of return, we endeavour to process it as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 14 days for busy periods. Refunds will be issued to the original purchasing card or Paypal account. Please be advised that in case of a full return the initial shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Rua de Bruxelas, 425, 4485-495 Mindelo, Portugal .You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund .Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
