All our shipments are sent on a trackable service. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can then track your shipment online.
If no one is available at the delivery address to receive the goods a card will be left (or an email will be sent) with details for redelivery and/or collection. A second attemp will take place no matter what. After that, organising a redelivery is the responsibility of the customer.
Qvinto offers free standard delivery on all orders. If you need an express shipping, we also provide that service worldwide.

There are no import duties or taxes for all EU, UK and US orders. For all other countries, import duties and taxes are subject to regional import laws and are not covered by the shipping costs.
Orders received before 12:00 GMT+1 will be dispatched the same business day. Orders received after this time will be shipped the following business day.
We offer high quality, handmade products and we aim to ensure these arrive in perfect condition and exceed your expectations. If you are in any way unsatisfied with your order we are happy to make a refund or to offer exchange on all items within 14 days of the date of purchase (only aplies to EU & US).
To make life as easy as possible, you just need to check the relevant section on this page and follow the instructions. However, please be aware that we can only accept your goods if they are returned in accordance with this policy.
We offer free exchange to deliveries within EU (including UK), US and Canada. Please keep in mind that this offer does not apply to sales nor promotions unless otherwise indicated by the campaign.
Outside the mentioned countries, if the goods are returned to us, a second redelivery charge will be incurred. In case of faulty items or in the event we inadvertently sent the wrong item, Qvinto will be glad to cover shipment costs (it will be necessary to show the flaw by means of a photo).
To be eligible for a refund or exchange we require that all items must be in its original condition – new, unwashed, unworn and unaltered with all original tags attached.
If you are eligible, we can only process a refund with proof of purchase onto the original card used to pay for the goods. If you paid using a gift card, we will refund the amount onto a gift card.
In the case of an exchange or refund, please contact our customer service team prior to return your goods at email@example.com Our After-Sales Manager will contact and provide you with all the information you will need in order to send the items back to our wearhouse.
Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, Qvinto reserves the right to deny an exchange if the item/s do not meet the above requirements. Please remind that until we receive the item, it’s your responsability.
Once your package has been received, your exchange will be shipped within 3 business days. In case of return, we endeavour to process it as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 14 days for busy periods. Refunds will be issued to the original purchasing card or Paypal account.
Please be advised that in case of a full return the shipping and logistics costs will be deducted from the total refund.
